Job Title: Lead Software Engineer

Job Description

We are seeking a lead software engineer to join our team to develop innovative solutions for our customers. The successful candidate will be directly contributing to the success of our business by developing elegant software solutions. As a technical expert, you will also be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of software engineers, designing, developing and testing software written specifically for our avionics hardware, and effectively communicating with internal stakeholders and customers. You will also be supporting trade shows and conferences with marketing demonstrations.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Sarasota, Florida.

Work Environment

The work environment primarily consists of an office setting, along with occasional travel to sites to integrate products onto aircraft.
