As Lead Software Architect - Colleague Experience you will be responsible for the application support and problem determination for user profile integrity and correctness of users having access to CVSHeath's Corporate Intranet. CVSHealth's intranet is accessible to all CVSHealth colleagues fitted with a network login. The position requires having solid analysis and troubleshooting aptitude. A working knowledge of how authentication systems Like Azure AD and Siteminder work in conjunction with multiple back-end user repositories will be greatly beneficial along with extensive SQL querying capabilities using Oracle, ServiceNow, Microsoft SQL Server utilities.

  • This role works collaboratively and must be able to handle multiple priorities with a diverse group of CVS Health colleagues and consultants on projects, business support requests, and security / regulatory, as well as, production support workloads.

  • Full-stack solution design and development (database, APIs, services, front-end)

  • Accountable to formulate / define system scope and objectives to meet project deliverables, ensuring that established timelines and cost estimates are maintained.

  • Assess and evaluate different design approaches at hand that are relevant to the business problem and provide recommendations. Develop proof of concepts when necessary to prove out key implementation challenges of new and existing web applications.

  • Establish proper Web application performance and efficiency guidelines and procedures and drive the development team to adopt and adhere to the same guidelines.

  • Evaluate emerging web technologies to improve current applications, architectures and processes.

  • Expert knowledge in Content Management system, manages and administers user profile from Azure AD and HR systems.

  • Test and debug issues and improve performance of existing web applications.

  • General understanding of Microsoft Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP based authentication systems.

  • Ability to clearly define and present solution development ideas in a team environment.

  • Experience with one or more of the following: REST/SCIM API integration

  • Be well versed with creating flow diagrams to be able to effectively showcase problems with data synchronization between HR and Identity Management systems.

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years' experience contributing to architecture, design patterns.

  • Collaborate with other Architects on application architecture, data architecture, deployment architectures, functional design specifications; assist with other project deliverables as needed.

  • Expertise in Database and Management technologies including both relational and NoSQL DBs

  • Deep understanding of IAM protocols such as OAuth2, SAML and ping.

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$124,372.50 - $247,200.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above. This position also includes an award target in the company's equity award program.
