ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
These duties are not meant to be all-inclusive and other duties may be assigned.
Conduct all aspects of advance repairs on all complexities of McNeilus Mixer, Refuse, and competitors' equipment.
Train other technicians by assisting them with troubleshooting and accurate way of searching for parts.
Inspect and troubleshoot different types of equipment to determine a resolution.
Assist technicians with Quality Control issues when necessary.
Lead safety and training meetings as required.
Continuously maintaining a safe and orderly work environment.
High School Diploma or its equivalent.
Five (5) or more years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Excellent problem solving capabilities.
Advanced electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic and welding or fabrication experience or certifications.
Verbal and written communication skills.
Valid Driver's License.
Experience as a Field Service Technician.
Experience in mentoring and training others.
Experience using hand tools and power tools.
Customer relations and sales experience or training.
CNG training and certification.
DOT knowledge, training or certification.
Crane (inside, mobile, and service truck equipped) and Rigging Certification.
