Our corporate office just east of Atlanta, Georgia, is seeking a Lead Security Engineer to support a growing global infrastructure. We are seeking an accomplished, creative and self-motivated individual who enjoys working within a dynamic growth-oriented environment.
This position is responsible for helping define, implement and maintain security infrastructure within the entire Acuity Brands global organization. The successful candidate will have extensive experience with implementing security frameworks, performing security process reviews, understanding risk management, delivering and managing end user security awareness, adapting to a quickly changing environment and having a strong attention to detail. Exceptionally strong writing skills are a must for this position, and the successful candidate will create and maintain documents, policies, procedures and other content for our global workforce as the primary focus of the job.
Work with company associates to implement company security objectives and KPIs
Maintain security solutions that reflect the stated security objectives
Provide support and document the use of installed security related systems
Design and deploy a privileged remote access and identity solution
Maintain, train and add new log sources to our SIEM and UBA solution
Expereince & Education
6+ years of relevant work experience
Implementing Security Frameworks such as CIS CSC, NIST, ISO
Experience with SIEM tools such as Log Rhythm, Q Radar, Exabeam, Sumalogic, etc
Writing functional documentation and process guides
Active engagement in a team environment to solve and complete tasks
Scripting languages for security related tasks (PowerShell and Python)
Experience with user lifecycle systems and processes
Vulnerability management (endpoint and application scanning)
Experience with Windows and Linux servers
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
BS in Computer Science or related technical degree required, or equivalent experience
