Job Description:

Client Relations:

  • Assist with monthly management report compilation & review

  • Assist with and/or attend monthly meeting with Client

  • Assist with Client surveys

  • Assist with Preparation, presentation, and review of Annual Reports

  • Provide excellent client service to all end users at the site

  • Continuously look for opportunities to increase the efficiency of our operation

  • Seek opportunities to increase our capabilities and make recommendations to the Site Manager

  • Demonstrate proficiency in explaining all products, services, turnaround times, delivery schedules and guarantees to the client

  • Serves as a liaison between Epiq, the client's administration and Epiq site employees

  • Involved in marketing Epiq's support service offerings throughout the firm

  • Conducts site specific training with Epiq service team members

  • Supervise productivity and evaluate service personnel assigned to the site

  • Assists with performance reviews of All Epiq service personnel

  • Ensures compliance with performance standards and make sure hours of operation are covered without incurring un-billable overtime

  • Delegates tasks to Service Specialists in order to meet production deadlines

  • Works with service employees to meet their individual needs and career path objectives

  • Maintain all records and report pertaining to production and volumes at the site

  • Maintain a proper inventory of all office supplies required for the efficiency of all support services

  • Collects information necessary to compile monthly management reports

  • Maintains a facility that is organized and meets tour quality standards at all times

  • Comply with Epiq policy that any information seen during the copy process is strictly confidential and is never to leave the support center and never to be talked about to anyone

  • Other duties as assigned


  • High School Diploma or equivalent

  • Minimum of 1 year professional level work experience in a production environment, preferably a photocopy or printing facility

  • 1 year of supervisory experience and/or management experience

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products pertaining to the specific position including but not limited to Outlook, Word, and Excel etc

  • Experience in an FM vendor/client on-site support center preferable

This takes into consideration costs, business needs, and system impacts. * Oversees the architecture and design reviews. * Creates departmental standard practices. * Serves as a technical resource within the department in systems design and analysis. * Able to direct and advise as member of cross functional team(s). * Takes a leadership role for implementation of new technologies. * Sets the architectural direction working with the senior IT management * May supervise other architects. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree and or equivalent combination of education and experience required. * Minimum of 8 years of Java development experience with previous architecture experience required. * Experience creating detailed solutions architecture blueprints for complex, multi-tiered enterprise environments. * Proven experience working with Cloud based architectures such as AWS. * Experience in working with open source code and frameworks with a focus on learning emerging technologies. * Knowledge of industry standard project execution methodologies like Agile/SCRUM or Agile/Kanban, along with a working understanding of epic, story, and task level sizing and planning activities. Preferred Qualifications * Well versed in microservices and REST based API development with Spring Boot and Camel. * Strong understanding of DevOps methodology and Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CI/CD). * Hands on experience with build and deployment tools such as Maven, Git and/or Jenkins. * Knowledge of container based APIs using container frameworks such as Docker or Kubernetes. * Working understanding of security principles.
