Role Summary:

Customer facing staff responsible for winning business.

Essential Responsibilities:

In the role of Lead Sales Specialist

  • Account Sales, you will:

Sell to named account(s), addition of a new customer is typically rare and usually subject to review process

Include key accounts within a single business group / P&L

Contribute to sales plan in a specific region

Define sales strategy for targeted clients

Know Products and systems requiring technical knowledge

Be able to process some customization to client conditions

Cooperate with (technical) sales support to realize sales

Lead a department with medium-sized estimated orders

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from an accredited school or institution with a minimum 7 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Sales)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Sales and/or Account Sales

Ability to influence others and lead small teams

Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact

Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously
