We are looking for a motivated Lead Retail Services person to add to our health system.
St. Luke's Magic Valley is currently accepting applications for a Lead Retail Services position in Twin Falls, Idaho. The Lead Retail Services, under minimal supervision, assists in the service of meals for patients, visitors, and staff by receiving and processing patient food orders.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: 4 years' relevant experience
Licenses/Certifications: Must hold one of the following licenses or certifications:
Experior Food Safety Certification
National Registry of Food Safety Professionals Certification (NRFSP)
Food Handlers Certification in State of Practice
Certified Foodservice Professional Program (CFPP)
Certified Dietary Manager (CDM)
ServSafe Food Safety Certification
National Restaurant Association Certification (NRA)
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Responsible for the transactions of meals for catering and retail services.
Oversees catering or special event service.
Conducts departmental cash/cashier audits as per policy.
