Summary:
The Lead Retail Associate is responsible for assisting other sales associates to maximize sales and customerservice through coaching, counseling and mentoring; providing excellent service to all customers through directsalesmanship, and prompt and courteous service; completing each transaction in a quick and efficient manner,minimizing delays to the customer; developing thorough knowledge of all merchandise carried in the store(s)and offering selection guidance to customers; performs all other responsibilities as directed by the business oras assigned by management. This is a non-exempt position and typically reports to the Store Manager /Assistant Store Manager.Essential Functions: Performs all functions relating to the handling of merchandise or cash in accordance with corporatepolicies Administers all point of sale opening and closing procedures in accordance with corporate policy Resolves all customer complaints in a manner consistent with company policy, and with customersatisfaction in mind Ensures that all customers receive receipts on all purchases Operates cash register and receives payment from customer in cash or credit card, accurately countsand provides change to customers as required Communicates all merchandise needs or issues to appropriate supervisors Contributes to the overall display and presentation efforts within the store environment, includingstocking/replenishing merchandise, following visual merchandising guidelines, and general storehousekeeping duties Participates in physical inventory counts as required

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment: Requires a High School diploma or general education development (GED) diploma Requires a minimum of 6 months cash handling and customer service experience Requires the ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and policydocuments, as well as converse comfortably with customers Ability to lift and/or move up to 40 pounds Requires the ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions Experience in retail merchandise sales preferred Team leader experience preferred

This position requires someone that can meet and exceed client field expectations with overall store responsibility for Client Program effectiveness and client/customer satisfaction. In order to do their jobs effectively, the Store Manager must have excellent client service skills, ability to identify, hire, train and manage talent and the ability to lead and develop others. Store Manager's must have strong performance management and coaching skills allowing ongoing development of their retail Sales Reps. This position will be responsible for managing both full and part time retail sales reps. Responsibilities: Training and Coaching: * Training and coaching MarketSource retail sales representatives inside our client's retail locations to sell and demonstrate Wireless products, accessories and services to Guests Areas of Focus: * Ensure that the highest level of guest service is provided using our client's go to market criteria. * Ensure that our associates represent MarketSource in our client with the highest integrity and ethical standards. * Ensure that MarketSource's agnostic consultative selling framework is mastered and executed. * Ensure that all products and services are consistently offered to all clients base on our needs based selling strategy * Ensure that product and kiosk hygiene are executed at the highest level. Relationship Development: * Establish and maintain critical relationships with our client's Retail Partners including Store managers, dept. leads and other associates. * Ensure the development and maintenance of strong relationships with all vendors. This includes adoption of all pertinent product knowledge and promotional activity. * Ensure and promote strong relationships with the field team and Regional Leadership to ensure communication continuity and adoption of all directives Management: * Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results. * Maintains store staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees. * Protects merchandise by following company policies and procedures surrounding receiving, selling and shipping of merchandise. * Ensures visual presentation of Target Mobile is consistent with Target visual merchandising expectations by adhering to all Target Visual Merchandising guidelines * Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks. * Maintains operations by enforcing program, operational, and personnel policies and procedures. * Ensure employee satisfaction through progressive employee engagement * Interview and hire high quality full and part time Sales Rep candidates * Manage attrition through key performance indicators * Manage performance in Store to achieve sales objectives * In conjunction with Support Team Members, Manage all aspects of in store execution , including but not limited to: * Geo check in and out * Kiosk shift scheduling and hours completion * Call report compliance * Work collaboratively with field sales leadership * Execute launch of projects and initiatives * Participate in retail partner's weekly sales meeting * Participate in and complete required sales training * Provide feedback on current kiosk performance Core Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: * Must be 18 years or older2+ years of retail management experience * Proven record as a leader and manager * Excellent communication skills * Knowledge of wireless industry preferred * Flexibility to work minimum 45 hour work week including but not limited to weekends, nights, and holidays in order to meet the needs of the business * Proven self-starter * Ability to drive sales reps to perform and deliver client expectations Physical Job Requirements: * Bending, stooping, reaching, twisting, lifting, pushing, pulling and moving items * Requires the ability to move around the store and maneuver merchandise when necessary * Walking and Standing * Requires moving around the store to assist Guests * Identifying and reading reports * Requires recognizing, identifying and using products MarketSource offers competitive compensation, excellent growth opportunity and comprehensive benefits for full time employees, including medical, dental and vision.
