Lead Residential Hvac Technician

Seeking a highly skilled and motivated lead HVAC technician to spearhead our installations and help build our technician team.

Our company exclusively installs heat pump systems - both centrally ducted splits and ductless mini-splits. At scale, our company will be installing millions of heat pumps per year, and this role will lay the framework enabling this dramatic growth. Starting Wages from $40 - $50 per hour, depending on experience!

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Residential HVAC
• Prior experience in managing and leading a team of HVAC technicians
• Proficiency with all of the following:
• Refrigerant handling
• High & low voltage wiring
• Ductwork
• Sheet metal fabrication
• California building code
