Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Lead Systems Engineering Requirements to assume program responsibility for the systems development concept, requirements allocation, interface definition, and systems analyses.
The Requirements Lead will perform the following duties:
Support Lockheed Martin Space teammate in development of the overall systems concept and architecture, and development and traceability of requirements.
Requirements working groups and program Change Board will also be supported.
Provide oversight and conduct systems analyses, including systems specialty analyses, and manage the systems processes, including development and implementation of the Systems Engineering Management Plan, the Systems Performance Verification Plan, and the Systems Risk and Opportunity Management Plan.
Final Secret clearance required.
Candidate must demonstrate the ability to perform the following tasks:
Perform requirements definition of achievable design characteristics for an objective system.
Synthesize design characteristics into an implemental system architecture.
Flow system level requirements to testable structures and modular hardware and software using DOORS.
Perform trade studies and Risk and Opportunity Management analyses.
Define and track Technical Performance Measures (TPM's).
Perform detail system verification activities including definition of verification methodology.
Generate and execute a Systems Engineering Management Plan (SEMP).Define system tolerances and timelines.
Conduct a thorough functional configuration audit with verification evidence provided.
Currently holds a Secret clearance.
Previous missiles development experience, architecture development, supplier development, and integration, test, and verification experience.
Systems tools usage, such as DOORS and Rhapsody / Magic Draw, is highly desired.
A Secret clearance with a background investigation within the last 5 years.
