The Recruiter is responsible for building modern methods and innovative approaches to identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent. Driven to recruit and build positive relationships with candidates and team members alike. Supports the Recruitment & Retentiondepartment goals and objectives leading full-cycle recruitment for exempt positions and provides supports to HR counterparts for non-exempt recruitments as needed. Works closely with Recruitment & Retention team, Home Office, and HR Business Partners to identifyingmarket mid-level recruitment needs.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate full cycle recruiting across multiple departments and geographic locations. This includes, but not limited to: sourcing, scheduling, phone interviewing, background check administration, candidate care, and onboarding.

  • Work with HR Business Partners and Operations Leadership Team to build effective recruitment strategies and facilitate the implementation of national recruitment programs for exempt and non-exempt team members.

  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of sources.

  • Coach and consult our leaders to enable them to continuously improve their recruitment skills, including side by side training with the hiring managers.

  • Be an ambassador of our employer brand and culture.

  • Own the candidate experience throughout the recruiting process to ensure that every candidate's experience is best-in-class.

  • Work closely with team to strategize, develop, and implement competitive employee retention programs.

  • Complete timely reports on employment activity.

  • Coordination and administration of Revolution Foods' Internship Program.

  • Collaborate and contribute to Talent Acquisition strategic projects and planning.

  • Innovate on ways to build a talent pipeline and recruit from a variety of sources.

Requirements

Required Experience and Education:

  • Bachelor's degree or four years' commensurate experience

  • 2-5 years of progressive experience, in-house, startup experience preferred, within recruitment

  • Experience recruiting across multiple levels, role types, and demographic areas

  • Highly organized and process-oriented, with a strong entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Technology experience to include use/implementation of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS), multiple job boards/posting

  • High-volume recruiting experience highly preferred.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Ability:

  • An unyielding commitment to customer service and strong sense of urgency.

  • Superior written and verbal communication skills.

  • Resourceful, creative problem-solving skills.

  • Experience in applicant tracking/talent management systems and job boards, technical savvy.

  • Self-driven, high self-awareness, sense of humor, comfortable in ambiguity, team player. Sound judgement and integrity are a must.
