Assists the Recovery Supervisor in training and development of new and established Recovery Specialists through one on one coaching, phone monitoring and audit trail reviews to improve individual performance
Handles escalated customer calls/questions/complaints
Contributes to achievement of departmental goals by providing collection support
Assists Supervisor in leading and communicating change through proper communication methods
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures
Monday to Friday schedule with intermittent Saturdays
2+ years Collection/Call Center experience
Demonstrated skills in collection practices and the achievement of goals
Exemplify the company's core values
Strong understanding of federal regulations related to credit and collections
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Listening and Negotiation Skills
