Responsibilities and Qualifications
Manage the overall coordination, status reporting, financials, schedules and stability of project-oriented work efforts, ensures that project goals and objectives are met within agreed upon time, scope and resource requirements
Assessing skills and identifying training needs of project team
Coordinates work performed by IT staff and internal customers/partners by defining project requirements, performing feasibility and needs/impact assessments
Develops detailed project plans and manages all implementation processes including resource allocation, progress tracking, testing documentation, training, "warm handoff" and on-time delivery within budget constraints
Because you're committed to excellence, you understand the importance of being properly prepared for your role at Mercy. That's why you'll bring to your role the right set of qualifications:
Education: Bachelors degree in related field, specialized training, or equivalent work experience.
Experience: Eight years of relevant technical or business work experience
Certifications: PMI Certification required
Skilled in Project Management, has ability to manage small to intermediate projects
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with business writing
Ability to prioritize competing interests
Experience in a clinical, technology or patient care environment
