Typical duties/responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • As the Lead Services Project Manager, you will outline and communicate progress, status, and issues to the customer / organization.

  • Provide the technical projects skills and leadership to organize, plan and implement detail work scopes with schedules and planned expenditures for key customer projects.

  • Provide team building, technical leadership, and direction to the customer, project, and alliances, as well as all contributing resources.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain operating plans for each assigned program or customer.

  • Monitor the customer for feedback and insure resources are applied to program to meet commitments.

  • Provide for the most efficient use of company assets in pursuit of corrective actions or improvements.

  • Provide direction / training for all customer interfaces for specific application, including performance, work scope, cost and forecast.

  • Take a leadership role in the definition of elements and recommendations supporting the overall best interest of both the customer and the company.

  • Assure customer satisfaction is maintained through timely and accurate responses to customer issues.

  • Effectively communicate and influence other programs with interactions and relationships to insure proper resources are applied.

  • Ability to travel as required; perform collateral duties as assigned to meet business needs as they relate to EHS, Quality, Integrity, Deliverables, etc.


Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college (OR a High School Diploma/GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Project Management role).

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in Telecom / Energy Industry.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

  • Commitment to customer satisfaction.

  • Established Project Management and analytical abilities.

  • Sound technical judgement and able to interface at all levels, both internally and externally.

Candidate will operate in a dynamic environment and interact with multiple user groups within the program. Candidate will be required to coordinate planning, organization, control, integration, and completion of multiple engineering projects within multiple product areas. The candidate will be able to plan and formulate engineering programs; including reviewing product deliverables for compliance with engineering principles, company standards, customer contractual requirements, and related specifications. The candidate will have responsibilities to include evaluating and approving contractual changes, and specification and documentation releases. The selected individual will coordinate activities concerning technical developments, scheduling, and resolving contractual problems. The candidate will establish milestones and monitor adherence to master plans and schedules, and identify program problems and obtain solutions, such as allocation of resources or changing contractual specifications. The candidate will be required to interact effectively with program leadership, other project managers, project engineers, and customer personnel to address and resolve issues.
