Role Summary The Lead Program Manager is responsible for delivering cost and time savings, improved data for decision making, and system enhancements to the Supply Chain organization. This role requires a versatile leader who is comfortable working on a wide variety of projects with varying degrees of scope definition. A successful candidate will seek out the data they need and cross functional stakeholder buy-in from planning, quality, production, procurement and development teams to deliver value.

They should be comfortable discussing technical integration points between systems with software engineers, reviewing processes lineside with production associates, and producing a comprehensive project plan for review with supply chain leadership. Responsibilities Deeply understand Supply Chain users' pain points in standard processes and system use and use this knowledge to identify improvements and automations. Clearly define proposed software enhancements with an eye for flexibility, speed to deliver incremental value, and confidence in the solution.

Define system to system integrations, including service level agreements, data validations, payloads, etc. Run experiments and develop proof of concept automations and enhancements using excel, basic scripting, and other tools. Support the launch of your products to customers

  • QA, launch plans, bug reports, success criteria, stakeholder alignment, etc. Create clear and concise training material to support the users of your automation and systems.

    Own the ongoing support and maintenance of production systems and products that you deliver. Evaluate trade-offs and define the best path forward for the team. Define success criteria, KPIs, and ROI for your projects.

    Be able to communicate these clearly to all levels of the organization. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in supply chain management and/or automotive End to end automative systems and integration expertise (ERP, MES, Logistics, Warehousing, Quality, Procurement, Planning etc.) Expert data analysis, visualization, and processing skills (Tableau, Excel, Python, SQL) Strong opinions loosely held - you are willing to adapt when presented with new information and you consistently seek to identify blind spots in your logic. Pay Disclosure Salary Range for California Based Applicants: $129,000 - $169,800 (actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law).
