The Lead Program Manager is responsible for leading the operations, planning and execution of strategic priorities in an organized and disciplined fashion.

The Lead Program Manager is a critical partner to leadership to define and manage priorities, drive planning and accountability, and constantly manage expectations and ensure forward progress. This role is as comfortable and capable in the weeds solving problems as they are hovering high and working strategically.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor's degree, technical certification or equivalent work experience

  • 6+ years' program management experience

  • High level of initiative for excellence, results and process improvement

  • Ability to make judgment calls when dealing with ambiguity

  • Demonstrated ability to define a vision for strategy from concept to final implementation

  • Ability to deliver successful programs/change management from conception through business case to implementation, measurement and ongoing management

  • Experience and competence in leading, influencing and coaching others in the absence of direct reporting relationships, especially at senior levels and via remote relationships

  • Ability to quickly build relationships and credibility with leaders

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Project and SharePoint

  • Skilled in training others and facilitating meetings

  • Strong presentation and communication skills

  • Passionate about using data to understand and make decisions

  • Advanced skills with business intelligence and analytics tools

  • Experience establishing metrics, reporting, KPIs, etc.

  • PMP, Agile, P30 or other relevant project or program management certification is highly desirable

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Work with Executives and partner with leaders across the organization to identify programs that will support organization to achieve MINDBODY growth strategies

  • Lead cross-functionally to successfully implement and deliver consistent programs designed to meet the needs of the various groups. Find ways to balance creativity, consistency, and meeting the needs of different leaders and teams

  • Conduct needs analysis, use quantitative and qualitative data to design measurements, evaluate objectives and define scope to successfully execute on deliverables

  • Identify potential risks, manage dependencies and escalate to management in a timely manner with mitigation plans

  • Participate in planning and road mapping activities to identify impact on other cross-functional programs

  • Prioritize deliverables effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple conflicting priorities

  • Identify gaps in processes and recommend continuous process improvements

  • Expose and remove impediments to project success.

  • Manage a portfolio of multiple programs, possibly in various stages of development

  • Own analytics and reporting for the product development program to monitor progress and drive improvement

  • Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently

  • May provide mentorship and support for other Project Management team members

  • All other duties as assigned
