The standard MFLC counseling approach is psycho-educational in nature, tailored to unique military environments, and helps participants learn to anticipate and resolve unique challenges associated with military life. These services aid in the prevention or reduction of the effects of stressors that may detract from military and family readiness.

Leidos Military & Veterans Health group is seeking a program financial analyst/reporting lead to support the MFLC program. This role will be the main financial data reporting source for the program, supporting the project finance team, the program PMO as well as the overall operational financial management chain.

This position is contingent upon contract award.

Primary Responsibilities

  • The analyst will lead the design and creation of a full suite of reporting output to support all financial and data needs of the program. This will include Service Level Agreement tracking and monitoring, financial performance to date, projections, and other analysis involving the integration of multiple data sources. Ad-hoc report design and dashboard creation will be needed to meet evolving program needs and serve as an integral part of the management of the program. The role will cover all financial aspects of the project, and any areas that will impact performance. Demonstrated ability with large data management reporting, including the use of Power BI or comparable systems, to design reports and present data with the ability to design reporting packages to suit varied and circumstances. Has the ability to work independently on moderate to large projects.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 4 to 8 years' experience.

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance

  • Proficient in Excel, Adobe, MS Office

  • Working knowledge of the Project Control field with the ability to complete difficult assignments.

  • Strong analytical ability.

  • Strong organizational skills needed to handle multiple task/projects and to work independently.

  • Ability to analyze problems for root cause and implement corrective action.

  • Ability to handle high volume of data (1000+ counselors across Leidos and several subcontractors and related financial information) in a fast-paced, cyclical and demanding work environment.

  • Must possess proven capability and experience working both tandem and serial tasks, with a self-motivated and can do attitude.
