Lead Product Manager, Zeitcore (Remote)

Our new subsidiary, Zeitcore is a digital agency founded by the former head of digital at Athletic Greens (AG1), Starbucks and MGM Resorts. We specialize in enterprise-scale Shopify Plus implementations and software. Our unique value proposition is our proprietary Customer Data Platform (CDP) built specifically for Shopify Plus, leveraging Shopify's API and partner ecosystem. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Technical Product Manager to take over the product management aspects of our CDP, allowing our CEO to focus on sales and strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management for our Shopify Plus-specific CDP, driving the product vision and roadmap.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and sales to deliver high-quality product features on time and within scope.
• Dive deep into metrics and data to diagnose problems, evaluate solutions, and propose new KPIs.
• Use analytics tools and SQL to query data tables for insights and reporting.
• Manage project timelines using project management software such as Jira or Confluence.
• Foster a continuous learning environment within the team through mentorship and knowledge sharing.
• Engage with business unit leadership and team members to creatively solve problems and convert data into business value.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in data-driven CRM teams, digital marketing, or CRM analytics.
• Proven experience with customer data platforms, preferably in the implementation of similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Shopify, especially Shopify Plus and its API and partner ecosystem, is essential.
• Strong understanding of CDPs and related technologies, including data management platforms, data lakes, and marketing automation tools.
• Solid technical acumen with the ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage timelines and expectations across multiple teams.
• Highly analytical with a proven track record of utilizing customer insights to inform strategy changes.
• Organized, collaborative, and structured approach to managing project ambiguity and complexity.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in a digital subscriptions-led business and/or publishing is a plus.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a 'can do' attitude, comfortable working in a fast-paced, unstructured environment.
