About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Product Manager as a part of the Fiserv and SORs product area within Credit Card Servicing as a part of Consumer Lending group. This role will act as the L2/L1 tactical product owner/product manager supporting our two Statements & Letters teams and acting as product area liaison between our L2 Servicing Product, other L2 Credit Card Products, and key Credit Card business partners.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead complex initiatives including establishing marketing programs for new products or enhancements

  • Conduct market research and market results-oriented analysis for major products and services

  • Review and analyze complex major product lines and services

  • Implement change delivery solutions for the portfolio's technology process work of low to moderate complexity

  • Make decisions in complex and multi-faceted situations of global market dynamics, trends, and regulatory impact

  • Oversee risk management to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives

  • Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals

  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff

  • Be responsible for overall product management and strategic focus for complex/diverse major product line(s)/service

  • Articulate product vision, definition, goals, and direction for teams to design/develop/ deliver technology and processes for well-established technologies/vendor relationships.

  • Work with leaders, stakeholders, SMEs, scrum masters, project managers and delivery team to ensure success against stated customer business value.

  • Be able to partner with our Servicing Product (L2) and other Credit Card Products (L2s) to triage work request quickly by ensuring they align to Cards goals and strategies to get work to the proper L2 Product Area and L1 Delivery teams

  • Identify areas of escalation with work in our backlog to ensure alignment to Strategy and Goals is happening along with coordinating trade off conversations for competing priorities partnering with L3/L2 product area, technology, and business leadership

  • Lead backlog discovery within our L2/L1 product area and teams

  • Build relationships with key stakeholders within CC Servicing Product L2, other key L2 Credit Card Products, and key business partners to ensure our highest priority work is being properly ordered in our Product Area L2 and L1 backlogs

  • Drive requirements, incorporating product expertise and industry/competitor opportunities.

  • Adjust planning in situations that may include financial, control, or process roadblocks.

  • Inspect pre-release progress, recommends changes, and ensures timelines are met.

  • Ensure cross-functional dependencies are articulated, managed, and addressed by all constituents.

  • Enhance/monitor key performance indicators and identifies improvement opportunities while ensuring all regulatory and compliance needs are met.

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Agile experience in writing user stories and leading refinement sessions

  • Knowledge of Credit Cards Statements & Letters

  • Experience with Fiserv

  • Experience working with Jira

  • Experience working with Confluence

  • Experience working with Mural

  • Knowledge of Credit Card Industry and Products

  • Demonstrated experience identifying issues and partnering with peers in technology to identify and implement strategic solutions in alignment with leadership priorities

  • Experience working in a flexible work environment to support key team members and partners various time zones and locations

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills along with a strong attention to detail

Job Expectations:

  • This position offers a hybrid work schedule with a minimum of three in-office days each week

  • This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship
