In this role, you will:
Lead moderate to complex projects and initiatives within the Working Capital product portfolio, which includes working across cross-functional teams in Global Treasury Management, Operations and Technology
Be responsible to execute change initiatives working with other Product Managers in the team to deliver enhancements and optimize the existing product portfolio
Independently lead scope definition for priority projects under the job's responsibilities, including developing detailed requirements, and engaging with stakeholders to drive execution
Independently lead and execute process improvements, including the development of target operating models for the product
Review and analyze complex data and provide recommendations for strategic change related to the product portfolio
Oversee risk management proactively and meet related deliverables
Collaborate and consult with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery team to resolve issues and achieve project goals
Lead projects, teams, or serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications:

Experience in delivering solutions within the deposits, liquidity management product portfolio, including a good understanding of the technology and solution landscape.
Transaction banking or cash management product experience
Strong project management and execution discipline utilizing agile methodologies to prioritize features and ensure timely delivery, with project tracking streamlined through JIRA and reporting thru Tableau
Ability to lead cross-functional teams in defining requirements teams in defining requirements, designing workflows, and integrating functionalities into existing systems, utilizing collaborations tools such as Jira, MS Projects and SharePoint
Ability to partner across the organization such as Risk and Compliance to accomplish goals and tasks with the ability to influence stakeholders effectively
Strategic thinker
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Job Expectations:
Three days in office at posted location
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
