We are hiring a Lead Product Designer to help design the future of Veeva CRM products. Designers serve a vital role here: from creating the vision for new features to the craft and finish of every detail in the product. We appreciate designers who think deeply, speak clearly, and love collaboration and feedback.

What You'll Do

  • You'll drive the design vision and strategy for your product area, along with Design and Product Leadership.

  • You'll guide, improve and implement the design process.

  • Be an active and available craft mentor for other designers.

  • Work cross-functionally with Product and Engineering partners to represent the design team and give feedback in planning and product channels.

  • Working remotely with a team primarily based out of HQ (Pleasanton CA)


  • 7+ years of product design experience with mobile and web products

  • Extensive experience in a leading individual contribution role, on a Product Design team for desktop and mobile.

  • An outstanding portfolio, showcasing a foundation in Typography, Interaction, Visual Design, and Ideation.

  • You enjoy designing end to end experiences, including UX and Visual Design.

  • Experience working and collaborating with diverse teams in a dynamic, rapid growth environment.

  • Extensive experience partnering with Product Managers to develop the strategy and rationale for features.

  • Experience with prototyping to explore and convey design solutions.

  • A strong belief in user-centered design principals.

  • The ability to work independently to troubleshoot technical and process-related issues.

  • You're a go-getter, self-sufficient and seek out answers to your questions!

  • You're quick, you work fast, and thrive in a high-pressure environment.

  • Amazing time management skills, with prior experience in a time-sensitive development environment.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As a Product Deployment Specialist, you will assist with deploying technology products to Realogy brand affiliates and brokerages. As the face of the brand for product deployment, you will be working with real estate broker/owners and their company leadership teams to understand their specific needs and goals, assist them through the technology onboarding process and perform back-end tasks to ensure a seamless transition. You will work across all Realogy brands, deploying one or more products to multiple companies at the same time. With your focus on exceptional customer experience and your solid collaboration skills, you will have a unique opportunity to help the brokers use Realogy products to increase agent productivity and subsequently grow their business. Our team is now operating in a remote-friendly capacity so this position can be based anywhere in the United States and is 100% remote, work from home. Responsibilities: As the Product Deployment Specialist, you will report to the Director, Product Deployment and be the primary liaison on behalf of the brands to affiliates and brokerages for on-boarding Realogy Technology products and programs. You will prepare the affiliate for product adoption and usage and manage their expectations using defined onboarding processes and ensure successful implementation of products and programs. In addition, you will work with internal Realogy teams, brands and vendors and orchestrate a smooth transition. This includes: * Onboarding new affiliates to Realogy Productivity Hub suite of products seamlessly as part of the brand's overall onboarding process. This includes engaging with company leadership to explain the process, set expectations, define responsibilities of each party, as well as setting up milestone dates, tracking and follow-up. * Transitioning existing affiliates and brokerages from legacy systems to new technology offerings in the Productivity Hub suite of products. * Performing pre- and post-activities for company mergers, acquisitions and office consolidations while understanding the unique needs of every M&A and responding as appropriate. This includes engaging with company leadership and internal Realogy teams to ensure seamless transfer of data relating to agents, listings and leads as well as relevant Realogy products are set up correctly. * Onboarding affiliates and brokerages new to the Realogy Advantage Broker Network (RABN) so that their A-team agents receive leads. * Managing queues and tracking progress of each assigned service. * Demonstrate solid understanding of the product, system, initiatives and resources to communicate and engage franchisees onto the product. Skills and Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent business experience. * 1+ years' experience managing customer relationships while ensuring best possible customer/ client experience. * 1+ years' experience working in a role that you had direct experience with web-based products/applications such as Customer Relationship Manager (CRM), consumer sites, lead routing tools. * Process oriented with ability to work on multiple assignments in parallel. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities. * Strong written and verbal communication skills.
