Operate all equipment and perform all finishing operations required by printing requests. Assist with digital output of office, including, but not limited to, computerized mail-addressing equipment and digital presses. Advise clients with layout/design request.
Responsible for setting up and operating all mechanical and computerized bindery equipment including, but not limited to, computerized paper cutter; folder; and shrink wrapper used in production, all within industry standards.
Perform all tasks associated with the set-up, operation, and maintenance of digital copiers/presses.
Perform all tasks associated with bindery operation, including but not limited to, assembling books; folding brochures; collating materials.
Advise/assist clients regarding typesetting/layout design during production process, modifying/manipulating if/when needed.
Collaborate with all departments on digital media projects,
Move and carry heavy packages, materials and equipment.
Stand and operate equipment and/or perform other office functions.
Assist in the maintenance/inventory of materials, and on loading/unloading of supplies and materials.
Order office supplies.
Maintain daily operations.
Maintain and keep to budget and be cost-conscious.

Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Experience with MS Suite products such as Word, Excel and Outlook. Must be proficient in the use of the Internet.
