Lead Primary Care Physician

We are seeking an individual who is innovative, driven, and passionate about delivering high-quality care to our patients. Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care to patients with acute and chronic illnesses Take full accountability for patient care and outcomes Lead and collaborate with a care team to ensure the highest quality of care Engage with hospitalists and specialists when necessary Coach patients towards setting and achieving health goals Lead meetings and promote a positive team culture Requirements: MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Geriatrics, or similar specialty Current, active MD licensure Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in geriatric, adult, or family practice Board certification in relevant specialty preferred Current DEA number for controlled substances Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required Benefits: Competitive compensation Comprehensive benefits package Career development and advancement opportunities Great work-life balance
