Competitive Base Salary Extremely Competitive Equity Package Bonus Career Growth Job Details Job Details: Our company is seeking a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Lead Power Electronics Engineer to join our Engineering team. This is a permanent position where you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and optimization of power electronic systems and components.

You will be working on cutting-edge projects, utilizing your knowledge in hardware design, 3 phase electrical power, HW debugging, analog electronics, digital electronics, SiC, GaN, Analog Circuit Design, Power invertors, magnetics design, Altium, Matlab, Simulink, LT Spice, and PCB Design. Responsibilities: Lead the design and development of advanced power electronic systems and components. Conduct hardware debugging and design optimization for power electronic systems.

Utilize knowledge of 3 phase electrical power, analog electronics, and digital electronics in system design. Implement SiC and GaN technologies in the development of power electronic components. Design and optimize power invertors and magnetic components.

Use design software such as Altium, Matlab, Simulink, LT Spice, and PCB Design in the development process. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful implementation of design specifications. Oversee the testing and validation of power electronic systems and components.

Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in power electronics and incorporate them into the design and development process. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

A Master’s degree or Ph.D. is preferred. A minimum of 5 years of experience in power electronics engineering. Proficiency in hardware design, 3 phase electrical power, HW debugging, analog electronics, digital electronics, SiC, GaN, Analog Circuit Design, Power invertors, magnetics design.

Experience with design software such as Altium, Matlab, Simulink, LT Spice, and PCB Design. Strong understanding of power electronics principles and applications. Proven experience in leading the design and development of power electronic systems and components.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. Strong communication and team leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
