Responsive for polysomnographic technologist duties and supervision of the shift staff members and activities. Responsible for effective and efficient implementation of policies and procedures in the department. Will assist in the performance evaluation of PSG technicians/technologists, and EEG Technicians/Technologists if applicable. Acts as the senior resource to other Sleep and EEG techs in the department. Responsible for assisting in the training and orientation of new staff. May perform Polysomnograms, (MSLT and/or MWTs if on dayshift) and EEGs (EEG work does not apply to Medford). Correlates and compiles diagnostic data and applies therapeutic modalities as necessary to patient's condition.

Required qualifications:
Coursework/Training and Documented training in polysomnography, (and MSLT/MWTs/EEGs if on dayshift). Or equivalent educ/experience
Upon hire: Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist License Or
Upon hire: Oregon Polysomnographic Technologist/Respiratory Therapist License
Upon hire: National Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
