The Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Plumbing Manager to join our team. The Plumbing Manager is responsible for managing a team of plumbers, coordinating project activities, and ensuring compliance with plumbing codes and regulations. This is an opportunity for a long-term position and to join a growing company.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing the installation of new plumbing systems

• Inspecting plumbing installations and equipment to identify potential problems.

• Ensuring all plumbing work is done using the most efficient methods possible.

• Establishing safety procedures for team

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure projects are completed in a timely manner.

• Hiring, training, and supervising a team of plumbers

Requirements and Skills

• Proven experience as a Plumbing Manager or in a similar leadership role in the pluming industry

• Strong technical knowledge and skills in plumbing systems, installations, repairs, and develop a high-performance

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Strong understanding of pluming codes, regulations, and safety standards

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Valid plumbing licenses or certification in preferred

• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

• Must be willing to travel throughout FL for work.

• Must have good computer skills.
