WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Verify all paperwork is accurately completed prior to sending to accounting/audit.

• Verify funds received and disbursed to other departments.

• Ensures that all local, state and federal rules and regulations are followed.

• Maintain security and accountability over all funds, to include chips, coins, cash currency, foreign cash currency and paperwork.

• Ensures that all company and departmental policies and procedures are followed.

• Exhibits a friendly, helpful and courteous manner when dealing with customers and fellow cast members.

• Performs the duties of the Player Services Cashier, Sportbook Writer or Main Bankers when needed.

• Provides supervision to Player Services Representatives I, II or III.

• Any and all duties as assigned by your Assistant Shift Manager or above.

• Must be 21 years of age or older. Excellent guest relations and problem-solving skills. Excellent oral and written communication skills.

• High school diploma/GED; or one to two years customer service-related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Must be proficient in computer knowledge to include keyboarding skills, all Microsoft Office applications, email usage, and database, spreadsheets, and word processing software.

• Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Flexible to work all shifts including holidays, nights, weekends, and overtime as business needs dictate.

• Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the public.

• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.

• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.

• Must have knowledge of all office machines and tools (jet sort, coin roller, credit card cash advance systems).
