Lead Penetration Tester

Piper Companies is seeking a Lead Penetration Tester to join a flourishing federal contracting company based out of Hyattsville, MD. The Lead Penetration Tester is responsible for measuring, analyzing, optimizing the performance and scalability of web applications.

Responsibilities of the Lead Penetration Tester include:

• Spearhead penetration testing and DoD SOC operation support delivery

• Perform penetration tests in collaboration with system owners to provide ciritcal feedback on cyber system effectiveness

• Utilize PenTest data to interface with federal personnel to expand or optiimze monitoring operations

Qualifications for the Lead Penetration Tester includes:

• BS degree or 12+ years of technical work experience

• 7+ years of penetration testing

• IAT level II certification

• Interim or Active Secret Clearance

• Proficiency in one or the following penetration testing tools:

• Nmap, Wireshark, Metasploit, Kali Linux, BURP Suite, or NESSUS

Compensation for the Lead Penetration Tester includes:

• Salary Range: $145,000 - $165,000 depending on experience
