About this Role:

The Lead Operator 1 role at the Faison location provides support to the production team, driving and supporting key initiatives to improve performance throughout the plant. You'll add value to this role by performing various functions including, but not limited to:

• Seek and provide resources for team and provide necessary training that will assist the team in reaching its goals

• Possess thorough understanding of all company policies, including GMPs and safety policies.

• Following work instructions and processes to ensure food safety and quality.

• Determines placement of employees online and assures proper rotation during shift

• Enters information in system software

About You:

• Demonstrated experience following instructions/process documents and providing effective communication, both verbal and written.

• The ability to work in an unconditioned environment

• Ability to manage and prioritize one's own time consistent with the needs of the business. Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
