The pay range is $111,200.00 - $200,200.00

The Lead Operations Analyst role within Enterprise Operations means leading the design of an interconnected end-to-end ecosystem of information, data, and metrics to develop an in-depth understanding of the enterprise. We deliver insights

through storytelling and bring an objective, enterprise point of view in support of strategic priorities by leveraging data, statistics, and visualizations. Using a hands on approach, you'll lead the facilitation across teams to develop and validation insights, leveraging the team's statistical analysis to support problem solving efforts and lead test design and evaluation of test results to fully understand impact of solutions.

About you:

• Four-year degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

• 6+ years of experience in data analytics, delivering executive-level insights, reporting, and/or statistical research, and/or test and measurement design and implementation.

• Proven business partnership connecting business questions with technical skills needed to address them.

• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.

• Strong problem-solving, synthesizing, and analytical skills

• Experience with data visualization tools (DOMO, Tableau, etc) and ability to share insights from data through visualizations and PowerPoints.

• Ability to write and understand SQL (Hive, Teradata, etc.) and use SQL to bring insight to life via key BI tools.

• Conversant with R, Python or other analytics tools.
