    The Lead Officer Manager oversees organization and coordination of administrative operations and procedures to ensure overall effectiveness and efficiency of the branch. Manages administrative staff functions, works closely with customer service representatives and service staff, supervises work of a wide variety of administrative functions and serves as lead in pest management software modules. You will... Implement, manage and maintain record keeping and purchasing in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment. Manage office equipment, maintenance and service contracts. Administer facility maintenance contracts including cleaning and security.

Closely monitors technician schedules to ensure efficiency in routing. Monitors productivity of customer service/sales representatives and generates reports. Reviews Podium and Listen 360 monitoring software to monitor the customer experience and identify learning opportunities.

Answers questions and recommends corrective services to address customer complaints. Provides communication and follow up to ensure representatives are fully informed of all new information related to products, procedures, customer needs and company related issues, changes or actions. Prepares work routing schedules and expedites workflow.

Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of staff. Maintains harmony among workers and assist Branch Manager/Service Managers in addressing grievances. Answers customer phone calls due to call volume.

Responsible for continuing sales growth. Takes escalated calls from customers. Reviews service tickets, contracts and technicians daily work for accuracy. …And serve as a key member of the branch team!
