Work is of a highly confidential nature. Schedules employees, enters and tracks payroll for CMU. Leads team projects and focus groups and keeps policy and procedure manual current. Orders for department and helps with yearly budget by providing suggestions and input to manager. Reports to manger any personnel issues or concerns and performs other work of the department as required.Minimum EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent - RequiredRequired Skills * The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients. * Previous experience performing EKG's is desirable and must complete a basic arrhythmia course within 90 days of hire (or next available date offered). Prior experience in management or leadership roles preferred. * Experience with scheduling and payroll entry preferred. * Prior experience in data entry preferred. * Experience in training and mentoring others is preferred. * The employee must have the ability to understand, communicate and react effectively to the unique needs of neonatal, pediatric, adolescent, adult and geriatric patients.Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) required, or obtained during first week of hire.Current/Active NC Nurse Assistant license (1 and/or II)Equal opportunity and affirmative action employers and are looking for diversity in candidates for employment: Minority/Female/Disabled/Protected Veteran
