Lead Medical Technologist

Job Description:

• STAT lab Medical Technologist

• This laboratory includes blood bank, accessioning and phlebotomy

• The Technologist will be Leading these 5 departments within the lab

• The Lead at this hospital is considered an Assistant Supervisor

• They process 55,000 samples a month

Qualifications:

• NY State MLT license is required

• Chemistry, Hematology, Blood bank, and Accessioning experience

• Phlebotomy experience

• 5+ years industry experience, or 4+ years and a MS degree in Medical Technology

• ASCP certified is a plus
