Department: Internal Medicine- Mobile Van
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm. Occasional weekends, no on-call
Hospital: Ascension St. Agnes
Location: Baltimore, MD
Must be a certified medical assistant with MD License
Experience working in the community with under-served and marginalized populations.
Excellent phlebotomy skills and willing to work community events.
Team player proficient in conflict resolution, deescalation, good communication, and willing to be cross trained on applicable tasks on the Mobile Unit.

Responsibilities
Lead assigned staff in performing activities or tasks in support of physician practice operations.
Lead or coordinate shift operations of assigned activities, resources, and/or associates.
Serve as a technical or functional resource and performs similar duties with staff.
Assign, monitor and review progress of work.
Monitor and report compliance with policies and/or procedures.
Oversee and evaluate orientation and training of assigned associates.
May provide input in the review and evaluation of staff performance.
Inventory clinical supplies and place supply orders to maintain desired levels.
Receive and organize the handling of medication samples.
Requirements
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
Medical Assistant obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required. Any issuing authority is accepted.
