About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to join the Wealth and Investment Management (WIM) Marketing team. The team focuses on managing WIM e-newsletter programs for clients, providing advisors with a valuable monthly touchpoint.
The Lead Marketing Consultant will manage content editorial planning, production, publishing and promotion for WIM Affluent and High-net-worth e-newsletter programs. The consultant is responsible for effective platform, content and engagement strategies
In this role, you will:
Manage WIM Content Marketing editorial strategy and program editorial, through partnerships with key stakeholders
Create and manage annual editorial calendar and host monthly editorial meetings
Provide guidance to content creators and work with vendors to create content to specified delivery dates, ensuring that content is published on schedule
Manage content tracking tools
Keep policies and procedures updated and ensure that content adheres to all regulatory requirements
Manage content vendor relationships
Coordinate advisor communications with WIM communications partners
Track and measure content performance to provide updates on monthly performance KPIs to leadership
Required Qualifications:

5+ years content marketing experience within financial services industry or other highly regulated industry
Demonstrated experience in program management including experience managing publication calendars, compliance standards and meeting recurring deadlines
Experience in Wealth and Investment industry, including experience curating content for affluent, high and ultra-high-net worth clients
Journalism or communications degree
An ability to identify issues, risks, proactively solve problems, and make recommendations in a logical manner
Strong collaboration/relationship building skills; with a focus on teamwork and cross-organizational partnerships
An ability to craft stories with data and present learnings in a cohesive and visually compelling manner
A consumer-centric mindset and a desire to drive best-in-class experiences for internal and external customers
Experience developing partnerships and collaborating with other business and functional areas
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience with Google Analytics and/or Adobe Analytics
Experience establishing key metrics/benchmarks to measure the effectiveness of engagement strategy and issue management
FINRA registration including Series 24 preferred
FINRA registration including Series 7 preferred
