This team helps navigate a host of qualitative and quantitative research, to derive trends that become the voice of the distributor across the Enterprise. How you would contribute to the role:
If you enjoy working collaboratively and offering marketing insights that impact key business decisions, this role may be for you! Based at our Nutrilite facility, you will be part of a broader global market research team, supporting nutrition research projects that translates to the voice of the ABO around the world. Insights drawn from qualitative and quantitative research will translate to competitive drivers that will allow our ABO's to build more successful businesses. In this role, you will lead market studies for nutrition projects and will collaborate with peers to support market research questions and analysis that will drive the brand forward. Key capabilities in this role include: brand building, concept development & concept testing, Portfolio Optimization, Market Trends, Knowledge, Mapping, etc. Your work will inform brand decisions by offering insights and assessments around business opportunity strategies and new opportunities. This key role will have significant impact on our nutrition categories and will continue to distinguish us as the brand leader in the nutrition marketplace.
What skills and background will be important to be successful:
Minimum 8 years' experience in a role leading market research projects
Strong knowledge of market research principles and practices with demonstrated capabilities in both qualitative and quantitative research
Capability to synthesize large amounts of information into meaningful insights
Ability to offer critical insights and strategic recommendations for improvements
Evidence of achieving results in complex settings and in matrix organizations
Talent to communicate across cultures, with the ability to influence stakeholders
Familiarity with Agile Research (i.e., technologies, methodologies, and concepts a plus
Strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse teams for successful outcomes
Ability to travel globally, up to 20%
BA and/or MBAs, Marketing, Psychology, Anthropology or market research related degrees
