Role Summary:

Engineering associated with the manufacturing process. Requires mastery of a body of theoretical knowledge. Requires developed and strong foundation of function skills and knowledge of relevant technologies.

Essential Responsibilities:

Define and control production process including tooling and equipment. Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment.

Includes Manufacturing Engineers. Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations. Works together with business leadership at SPB and EB level.

Specifies needs, communicates about project approach and presents outcomes of research done. Delivers products as part of a team. Works on cross functional teams. Alternatively: Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods.

Qualifications/Requirements:

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma / GED with at least 4 years of experience in Manufacturing). Minimum of 3 additional years of experience in Production Process and Equipment.

Strong oral and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.

Ability to influence others and lead small teams. Lead initiatives of moderate scope and impact. Ability to coordinate several projects simultaneously.

Effective problem identification and solution skills. Proven analytical and organizational ability.

Essential Responsibilities: Assist site financial leadership with the refinement, implementation and execution of manufacturing finance activities and strategies. Responsible for contributing to the site's Profit & Loss (P&L) statement, balance sheet activities, and cash-flow strategies by supporting inventory management and controllership (e.g. PI, Revals, standards, variance explanations, COGS deviation) duties, product fulfillment, financial reporting (e.g. COGS booking, FIFO adjustments, weekly reviews, month-end closing, quarterly and year-end reporting, impairment assessments), oversight of forward-pricing rate proposals (FPRPs), managing DCMA audits, and preparing incurred-cost claim submittals. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Finance Operations. Manufacturing experience is preferred.
