Position: Lead Management Specialist - Service Partners
Job Description:
Responsible for using company lead management tools to identify and distribute warm sales opportunities to local branch sales teams.
Primary functions:
Learn about priority products sold by Service Partners, developing a sufficient understanding to evaluate, pre-qualify and distribute potential leads to branch locations
Train and become proficient using the Service Partners lead management tools to identify, sort and pre-qualify a variety of lead types; Cold call leads, make notes and track qualification activities with an objective of assigning warm opportunities to Service Partners branches
Become comfortable and confident with approaching potential customer leads over phone and email, researching customer leads and following opportunity threads to identify the best possible prospects; become able to determine the quality and potential value of cold leads to improve total qualification and win rates
Track daily, weekly and monthly results against assigned objectives, including:
Number of leads reviewed and contacted
Qualification rate and accuracy
Thoroughness and accuracy of notes and activity statusing
Speed and accuracy in assigning warm opportunities to branches
Eventual sales team qualification rate and win rate
