Acts with full authority over the total work of the team, and may serve in the capacity of the Branch Chief on a rotational basis during the absence or unavailability of the Branch Chief.
Review and conduct evaluation of Generic Drug User Fee Amendments Program's, daily collections practices, work processes, policies and operations.
Analyze management practices and administrative operations functions of the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments Program mission's operations and activities.
Process daily transactions and perform collections-related activities to comply with the requirements of the Division of User Fee Management and the Generic Drug User Fee Amendments of 2012.
Pinpoint challenges facing the program; formulates courses of action for resolution and makes recommendations to program leadership.

The position of Lead Management Analyst falls under the 0343 occupational series. To qualify for this position at grade GS-13, you must meet Time-in-Grade requirements by 11:59 pm EST on 08/27/2018.
Specialized experience is defined as experience that is typically in or related to the work of the position to be filled and has equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to successfully perform the duties of the position.
GS-13: Specialized experiences is defined as developing operating procedures in support of an organization strategic goals; identify and resolve regulatory, financial and/or policy related issues; developing analytical resources/tools to develop data driven assessment using techniques such as quantitative analysis, surveys, and interviews to justify proposals.
In accordance with Office of Personnel Management policy, federal employees are assumed to have gained experience by performing duties and responsibilities appropriate for their official series and grade level as described in their position description. Experience that would not normally be part of the employee's position is creditable, however, when documented by satisfactory evidence, such as a signed memorandum from the employee's supervisor or an SF-50 or SF-52 documenting an official detail or other official assignment.
