Lead Maintenance Technician

Roles and Responsibilities Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair machine systems within training and tool restraints, oversee repairs by outside service technicians, and evaluate equipment modifications when necessary. Perform all duties of the following Compression Department levels:

Operator IV, Operator V, Operator VI, and Operator VII. Assist in evaluating new equipment needs and performance, train personnel for all department levels and oversee training of new technicians. Evaluate the performance of OEM replacement parts to reduce parts cost and assist coach with parts inventory management.

Review equipment modifications with coach and product development groups (R&D/PE) to address new product machine issues. Assist other departments with mechanical repairs when necessary and perform other assignments as requested or as business needs require. Follows Piramal's Safety, Health, and Environmental policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned or required by business needs.
