High School Diploma required. 5 years experience in school maintenance work or a relevant trade preferred. Certified repair & installation skills, knowledge & experience in HVAC, Water Source Heat Pumps, refrigeration, industrial/commercial electrical systems preferred. Skills & aptitudes in using hand & power tools, handling, using & storing chemicals, and repairing and/or performing preventive maintenance on structural, mechanical, and electrical systems preferred.

Must be able to work at heights of 25 ft. & lift up to 75 lbs. Must have a valid Driver's License and able to drive a District vehicle. Must pass a Physical Examination and a thorough Background Check. Salary will be based upon a Negotiated Contract Agreement.
