Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent• Valid Mass Driver's License
Minimum of 7 years of experience in facility maintenance and repair• Experience in 1 or 2+ specialized areas such as HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry. (no license required)
Proficient in the English language both written and verbal
Experience in a lead role or supervisor• Excellent attention to detail, organization, customer service, interpersonal, communication and time management skills
Must use good judgment and be respectful of residents' and patients' privacy• Ability to work independently and as a team player • Ability to follow directions and procedural guidelines accurately and in a timely manner• Ability to work independently, follow through on assignments, and identify potentially more effective methods of work operation• Ability to make appropriate job decisions following standard department policies and past precedents• Proficient with work order systems, email, Microsoft word, printers, scanners.
