Lead Maintenance Technician

When you'll work We are currently hiring an experienced Maintenance Lead for our 2nd shift team. 2nd shift hours are 2pm-10:30pm. What you'll do Lead our maintenance teams to support our production teams through maintaining and repairing all production lines, troubleshooting, and performing preventative maintenance on all machinery and equipment. Coach, develop and inspire the team through day-to-day projects to install, repair, rebuild and maintain machinery and mechanical equipment used in production, packaging, and all other plant areas.

Be involved with all aspects of equipment from installation to rebuilding, fitting, and aligning equipment to meet quality and efficiency standards. Demonstrate and share strong electrical knowledge and troubleshooting skills on controls such as, PLC's, VFD's, servos, robotics, and programable devices. Why you'll be successful Proven ability to operate safely by following all food and people guidelines.

Utilizing knowledge from your 8 years' experience leading a team of mechanics through mechanical repair, plumbing, welding, and electrical repair to facilitate seamless production functionality to deliver daily production goals. Organized and methodical approach to problem solving - often in a time-sensitive, tight-deadline situation where accuracy is critical. Designated lifelong learner with a strong interest in mastering new mechanical technologies.
