Banyan Treatment Centers , a leader in addiction recovery, is seeking a full-time Lead Maintenance Technician to join our team in Cathedral City, CA As a Lead Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the entire property, including both interior and exterior building needs. This includes, but is not limited to, plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, new construction, remodeling, renovation, painting, and repairs.

You will report directly to the Regional Facility Manager and the site's Director of Operations. Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, 5 shifts per week (Specific schedule to be further discussed). Location:

Cathedral City, CA 92234 (On-site) Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly (depending on experience, education, and skill set). Why Join Us? Key Responsibilities:

Assists with and performs property maintenance. Maintains buildings, common areas, and patient living areas. Handles plumbing, electrical, carpentry, construction, remodeling, and repairs for interior and exterior needs.

Ensures property compliance with building, safety, and health codes. Installs and maintains appliances, furniture, and fixtures. Reports maintenance issues to Supervisors.

Requirements: High-school diploma or equivalent. 5 years of maintenance experience. Safe driving record with a clean DMV report for the last 3 years. Must be at least 21 years of age, in compliance with motor vehicle insurance requirements.

Preferences: Maintenance experience in a residential, hospital, or medical setting. Abilities and Skills: Familiarity with OSHA guidelines and infection control practices to maintain a safe environment.

Understanding of relevant building, fire, safety, and health codes to ensure compliance. Ability to install, maintain, and repair plumbing systems, electrical wiring, and HVAC systems. Carpentry skills for basic repairs and furniture assembly.
