HIRING IMMEDIATELY
Schedule: Full time position 6pm-3am. Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY:
Follow the instructions of the Chef and Sous Chef to help ensure high-quality food service is provided.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Follow instructions and duties assigned by the Chef and Sous Chef.
Prepare orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining customer specifications.
Prepare sauces and intermediate items while following recipes.
Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation processes.
Responsible for the rotation and inventory of fresh products.
Responsible for restocking the line.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must be at least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lead the team in the absence of the Chef and Sous Chef.
Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience preferred.
Must be able to lift 50lbs.
Able to work well with little supervision
Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding and occasionally noisy environment.
Must be flexible and have open availability.
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
