• Location: Running Aces Casino Hotel Racetrack

• 15201 Running Aces Blvd, Columbus, MN 55025

• Schedule: Full time position 6pm-3am. Shifts include nights, weekends and holidays.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Follow the instructions of the Chef and Sous Chef to help ensure high-quality food service is provided.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Follow instructions and duties assigned by the Chef and Sous Chef.

• Prepare orders quickly and efficiently while maintaining customer specifications.

• Prepare sauces and intermediate items while following recipes.

• Maintain regular cleaning and sanitation processes.

• Responsible for the rotation and inventory of fresh products.

• Responsible for restocking the line.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lead the team in the absence of the Chef and Sous Chef.

• Minimum of 2 years of cooking experience preferred.

• Must be able to lift 50lbs.

• Able to work well with little supervision

• Ability to be on your feet for long periods of time.

• Must be able to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding and occasionally noisy environment.

• Must be flexible and have open availability.
