Mahwah NJ based MSP is looking for a well rounded, experienced Lead IT Resource with Microsoft 365, formerly Office 365, Windows Server, Practical Networking and Cybersecurity experience to join our group of IT professionals at our Mahwah NJ Office.

Experience with the following:

  • Microsoft Office 365 (Email and Collaboration Experience) Microsoft Certified
  • Microsoft Windows Servers / Active Directory / Setup and Build
  • Network Security Wireless- Cisco, Meraki, Ubiquiti
  • VMWare (VCP) and Microsoft Hyper-V Server and Storage Expertise
  • Strong Documentation Abilities

The ideal candidate will has at least three years of IT support experience, driven by problem solving and improving processes. Prior MSP experience is must and an ability to demonstrate that you are technically proficient with the common Microsoft solution stacks like Office 365, Active Directory, Microsoft Windows Server and Desktop operating systems as well as a working knowledge of networking related issues.

What does DCS do?

DCS is a full-service Managed IT Service Provider (MSP) that provides all-inclusive IT services to small through mid-sized businesses throughout NY and NJ primarily engaged in the Insurance, Finance, Accounting and Legal markets. Our solution stack includes; Virtual Servers, Desktops, Office 365 Cloud, Firewalls, Cybersecurity, Offsite Backups, managed compliance.

What will you be doing?

Although a bulk of your job will be acting as an escalation point for tier 2 or complicated support issues you will also be involved in Design / Build phases of network normalizations and on-boarding of new clients. When not directly engaged in support related tasks you will be mentoring jr staff and helping with sales engineering tasks, from our headquarters in Mahwah, NJ you also be going on-site with clients, as needed, to implement IT upgrades, setting up new IT equipment and installing network devices, printers, etc.


  • CCNA and MCSA/MCSE is strongly preferred
  • Be Local- We are looking for people that live within 15 miles of our Mahwah Office
  • Strong Working knowledge of Advanced Microsoft Office 365 Administration
  • Strong Windows Server and Desktop OS Knowledge
  • Powershell and Other Scripting Experience
  • Track record of consistency and the ability to complete tasks
  • The ability to create technical documentation such as a knowledge base article
  • Familiarity with the Small Business IT market and business class computers
  • A good personality and the ability to deal with customers
  • Experience working with an IT ticketing system
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Strong listening and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • At least a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in technology
