Duties
As a Lead IT Specialist (SYSADMIN), you will:
Ensure that the organization's strategic plan, mission, vision and values are communicated to the team and integrated into the team's strategies, goals, objectives, work plans and work products and services.
Articulate and communicate to the team the assignment, project, problem to be solved, actionable events, milestones, priorities, and or program issues under review, and deadlines and time frames for completion.
Perform the installation, testing, maintenance, and upgrading of equipment and software supporting the enterprise middleware platform as a service provided within Fiscal Services data centers and secure areas.
Perform incident and problem management associated with the enterprise middleware platform as a service infrastructure hosted within Fiscal Service data centers and secure areas. This includes monitoring performance/availability, evaluating incidents/problems, and providing corrective actions to enterprise middleware platform as a service technology to resolve any issues.
Install the necessary enterprise middleware platform as a service hardware/software and configure the hardware/software to ensure the security, interoperability and interconnectivity to and from each component.

Qualifications
