Overview

Landmark Health is hiring a new Lead IT Program Manager to join our Technology Strategy & Operations Team. Reporting to the Director Technology Portfolio Management, Lead IT Program Manager will be a business-focused Technology Leader to manage the range of technology programs and projects throughout Landmark. This role has a wide range of responsibility in day-to-day operations, working with teams across the executive, operational and clinical parts of the business. This individual is focused on supporting technological initiatives that drive innovative care delivery models within the company and translating strategic vision into operational reality.

Responsibilities

  • Manages successful delivery of strategic M&A technology initiatives that cut across multiple teams and levels within the organization.

  • Manages multiple integration work streams, partners with all levels of stakeholders and employees to ensure integration decisions are aligned cross-functionally among teams, build integration plans, review data and systems, identify issues and drive decisions.

  • Manages change management involved in M&A program and processes. Provides operational and decision management support.

  • Establishes M&A playbook, monitors and continuously improves.

  • Leads geographically dispersed business teams, development teams, and third-party vendors

  • Creates relevant project documentations such as project charter, scope, project plan, training plan and SDLC documentations such as technical documentation, functional design documents, and workflow processes.

  • Manages dependencies and aligns communication between the cross-functional departments throughout the organization as it pertains to the project/program, with the possibility of off hours duty, if needed.

  • Ensures Integration program and project goals, objectives, milestones, and deliverables are achieved on schedule and within budget.

  • Actively manages communication, risks, action items, issues & changes. Works with offshore teams and mitigates any communication & requirements gaps.

  • Ensures delivery of high quality, relevant, timely and accurate information to enable key decisions and drive successful completion of M&A strategy.

Qualifications

  • Experience in M&A technology integrations, including definition of requirements, cross-functional and remote team management, and management of re-platform activities: 5 years (Required)

  • Bachelor's degree (Preferred)

  • PMI based IT project management: 3 years (Required)

  • Project Management Certification PMP (Required); additionally, CAPM, or Six Sigma (Preferred)

  • Agile Project Management with Scrum & Kanban: 3 years (Required). Project Management Certification such as PMI-ACP, CSM or PSM (Preferred)

  • Industry experience - Healthcare IT is a plus

  • High level understanding of IT security tools, IT Infrastructure components, IT lifecycle planning, estimating and architecture

  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills

  • Excellent working skills on MS Office, MS Project and/or Visio & JIRA

  • Self-starter mentality and strong resolve when met with challenges via a project, a program, and personnel. Energetic, independent, critical thinker, and a problem solver

Reporting to our Senior Director, Data Engineering & BI Platform, the Lead Production Support Engineer will be key part of the Data Services group and will be primarily responsible for production support for the core data platforms, and integration pipelines while mentoring junior team members. Opportunity is (Remote) full time work from home, open to multiple states: Locations Responsibilities * Provide production support for ETL jobs. • Setup and manage inbound and outbound data file delivery. Work closely with Network, and Infrastructure services for setup. • Manage releases and perform deployments.• Proactively monitor database and infrastructure alerts and mitigate issues. • Collaborate with Data, Infrastructure, and other IT and Business stakeholders to triage complex production incidents and take them to closure - L1/L2 support. Work closely with developers and engineers for L3 triage if needed. * Support Windows, and Linux/UNIX environments. * Provide DBA oversight as needed. * Mentor and lead other engineers, operations resources for favorable outcomes. * Identify automation and process improvement opportunities to prevent incidents from recurrence. * Establish processes and standards to improve availability and scalability of the various data platforms and solutions. • Develop and document operational and technical procedures as appropriate. • Collaborate with offshore team members and work flexible hours as part of a global support model. • Establish communication protocols for incidents, maintenance, and other platform activities.• Communicate proactively with IT and Business partners on operational issues and manage expectations. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field. Master's Degree a plus.• 10 years' experience in production support, application support, or platform support roles AND * 3+ years' experience leading, mentoring other engineers and operations resources. * 2+ years' experience working with offshore development/ operations teams. * 2+ years' experience working with JIRA or similar Agile Software. * 3+ years' prior experience in Release Management. * 3+ years' experience job scheduling experience. * 3+ years' with enterprise monitoring solutions. * Strong SQL Skills and prior experience with SQL Server, SSIS packages, SSRS and/or other database and ETL technologies. • Familiarity with Big Data and NoSQL Technologies (Hadoop, MongoDB etc.…).• Experience managing small and large-scale releases. • Experience in file management software is a plus. • Experience in Health care industry is advantageous• Ability to work under pressure to resolve critical production issues.• High energy, demonstrates an ability to function in a creative, entrepreneurial environment and think outside the box.• Good problem solving and debugging skills.
