Lead Insurance Sales Agent MN- Integrity Insurance Agency

Integrity Insurance Agency, a Tom Wood Company, is currently searching for a Licensed Lead Insurance Sales Agent to join our team at our location in Richfield Bloomington Honda in Richfield, MN! This important role requires a motived, service-oriented individual seeking both personal and professional growth.

Integrity Insurance Agency is a full-service, independent insurance agency that provides exceptional customer service to all clients in Minnesota, Wisconsin, and Indiana. Integrity represents a network of insurance providers including Nationwide, Grange Insurance, Progressive, Safeco, State Auto, and Travelers, to name a few.

Pay: $50,000-$70,000

Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative services to clients for optimal insurance coverage and needs
• Consistent use of Integrity Insurance Sales Process to maximize customer service and benefit
• Complete all training for compliance, procedures, and products
• Actively market and follow-up with current and potential clients
• Assist in producing growth for the company with performance-driven advancement opportunities available for those who demonstrate leadership potential, and consistently contribute to company goals
• Support the full-service efforts of the Tom Wood Group dealerships

Qualifications:

• MUST HAVE Property and Casualty License
• 1-2 years of Insurance Sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
