SUMMARY

Services, repairs, and overhauls aircraft and aircraft engines to ensure airworthiness by performing the following duties. -

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Process daily incoming and outgoing material to meet Quality Control requirements as stated in the AAR ISO 9000 Procedures Manual and Customer Requirements Manual.

  • Assist the Director of Quality Control in reviewing and updating department standards.

  • Interface with suppliers / product line to disposition rejects.

  • All other duties as assigned.

  • FAA A&P License Required

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE

  • Associates degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsible for ensuring that outgoing shipments are adequately packaged, preserved and meet SAFRAN Nacelles USA quality requirements Responsible for LRU receiving, order set-up, shipment and exchanges Enter, verify, and validate the accuracy of data input into the EPICORE & SAP database. Process material returned by customers (RMA) for non-conformances and notify inside sales personnel accordingly Process pick tickets for pending sales orders noting any discrepancies identified.
